Postage for returns and refunds must be paid in full by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. *We only offer an exchange service on UK orders.

All returns are processed by our warehouse on Tuesday each week.

Please add a note to your return requesting a refund or an exchange. If requesting an exchange, please ensure you give details of the new item you would like.

Items which are marked or smell will not be accepted for a refund.

All items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving them to the below address:
